With the continuing success of our channel program automation platform, Channel Mechanics is today announcing the latest addition to our growing team. Therefore, it is with great excitement that we welcome Ronan Kilcline to our EMEA headquarters in Galway. Ronan joins our Customer Success Team, where he takes up the position of Quality Assurance Associate.
Having studied Commerce at the National University of Ireland (NUIG), Ronan specialized in Information Systems. It was this specialization during his final year that stemmed his interest in the tech space.
Upon the completion of his degree in 2020, Ronan took up a position with Smyths Toys. It was here Ronan joined the fraud detection team, in the head office for Ireland’s largest online retailer of children’s toys. Previously Ronan held the position of administrative assistant with the company, throughout his time in college.
He found his time here exceptionally beneficial. Their customer service orientation enabled him to gain invaluable experience in both the customer service side of business as well as the IT side. Thereby cementing his interest in these areas.
On Joining Channel Mechanics

Thereby giving me the opportunity to get to know the ins and outs of the tech industry. In particular, the channel automation side of things. Outside of work, Ronan is passionate about sport. Indeed, this passion for playing sports, primarily hurling and football, means his evenings and weekends are usually taken up with matches and training.
